Meeting at the Punjab Chief of Architects office

I had an interesting meeting at the Punjab Chief of Architects office. During usual business discussions, I came to know that the client is adding fire detection and protection systems to the Punjab High Court building complex. The project was already awarded to a local company and the challenge was not to damage any of the structure while adding the fire detection and suppression systems as this is a not only a prominent Govt building but a heritage site. Some of the buildings date back as much as 100 years or more. I wish the client, and everyone involved in this project a “success” in retaining the beauty of this building while making it a safer place to work. I am sharing some a few of pictures of this amazing complex taken during my site visit.
